Andrew Young, the renowned saxophonist, has been invited back to Rhumbelow, Northlands Bowling Club and is performing an exciting new program. Accompanying Andrew will be Cape Town’s own pianist Tony Drake.
Reflecting on his extensive world tours, the song “Rockin’ All Over the World” came to mind and a new program emerged. As he brings this program to South Africa, Andrew’s storytelling through music will offer more than just melodies; it is an intimate sharing of his experiences, from bustling cities in China to the Carribean, South America to the European landscapes where he has spent much of his time.
