Deadly Dozen is a high-energy hybrid fitness race designed to test your strength, speed, endurance, and mindset, all in one unforgettable day on the track.
The race format is simple but brutal:
12 x 400m runs, each followed by a strength labour. That’s 12 journeys and 12 labours, completed back-to-back on an outdoor athletics track.
